Do I need a gym?
No. You can choose: home, gym, or minimal equipment. The plan will adapt.
Can I use it without counting calories?
Yes. There is a “simple habits” mode (portions and meal templates) — no numbers, but still with control.
Does the food scanner work by barcode or by photo?
Both scenarios are planned: barcode / packaging + meal recognition. Exact behavior depends on the region and database coverage.
